Professor Nwanguma holds Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in management and PhD in Human Resources Management, He has carried out various research and teaching positions in Imo State University, Lagos State University and Olabisi Onabanjo University. He was the Executive Director Frontline Consulting and Currently he is the Chairman of Newways Consulting Group.He has written many books and articles in Culture ,Human resources management, organizational behaviour.
DR CHRIS EGBU
DR CHRIS EGBU is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience. A graduate of Delta State University. He holds Masters in Business Administration and PhD in Finance. He is also a pioneer member of Institute of Credit Administration. Dr Egbu had his industry experience with Johnson Products of Nigeria Ltd , Champion Newspapers Ltd. and consulting exposure with New Idea Ltd founded in 1982 by Professor David Iornem. He has over Eighteen years experience in Audit, Training, Marketing Mix, Innovation, Business Planning, Managing Your People, Negotiation Skills, Long-term objectives, Dr Egbu joined Afribank in 1993 and retired in 2001 as Head of Credit Administration. In 2002 he joined Newways as one of the Pioneer Staff , Since 2004 Dr Egbu has also served ICAN as an Assessor and ICAN Ikeja District as Workshop Coordinator. In 2007, He Participated in the Fate Foundation Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme(EEP).
GABRIEL A. OLUSESI, (BSC, ACA, MBA,ANIM)
MR. OLUSESI is a Chartered Accountant, Business Development, and Financial & Management Consultant with over 18 years cognate, post qualification experience in audit practice, financial management and business development consulting in manufacturing and service industries and public sector in Nigeria. He trained with former KPMG Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co, now merged with Messrs Akintola Williams & Co (Chartered Accountants). He had worked with many Investment companies as Treasury Accountant, Financial Accountant late and mid 90’s. He was the pioneer Internal Auditor of Logman Nigeria Plc, later promoted to Chief Accountant. He is an active member of ICAN Ikeja district society and consults for UNDP and SMEDAN in “Enterpreneural Development Scheme”.
MR. RUSSELL O IRECHUKWU
Mr. Russell O Irechukwu is a chartered accountant since 1990 and alumnus of University of Lagos and Lagos State University. He holds a Masters Degree in Legal Studies with specialization in Industrial Relations. He worked for the international auditing and consulting firm of KPMG from 1992-2001 both in Nigeria and United States of America and rose to the position of a manager. He was involved in the FATE Programme for Aspiring Entrepreneurs: July –November 2002 (a programme on writing of Business plans, acquiring skills, tools and financing to start successful businesses as well as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMES)). He is experienced in strategy, business restructuring, business valuation and reporting accounting assignments.
Mr. SEUN FALUYI
Mr. Seun Faluyi is an engineer, an alumnus of University of Lagos. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He passed through Arthur Andersen and Accenture where he rose to the position of a Senior Manager. He is an expert is restructuring and strategy.
BAYO KAREEM (MBA,ANIM.ACA)
Mr. Kareem is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Nigeria Institute of Management. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree. He has over fifteen years experience in banking, human resource management, as well as restructuring assignments.He has worked in Training ,Inspection and Human Capital Management of Wema Bank before joining Newways Consulting

Mr Gold is a Management expert and Chartered Marketing Consultant. He graduated from Memphis State University USA in1986 with postgraduate studies in DeltaStateUniversity and University of Lagos,Nigeria. He had extensive Management experience both in Nigeria and abroad having worked for: Fed Express Corporation Memphis USA, NNPC, Lagos and Baclays Bank. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing and Nigeria Institute of Management.
