I have learnt more on program withdrawal and annuity, death benefits, rights and priviledges of RSA holders.   I have now become an expert in Pension matters as the PDO. I am grounded and can now discharge my duties as the PDO

The conference was educative and I entreat all pensions desk officers to attend, so as to increase their knowledge and be  informed  on the need to prepare for retirement.
